Terms of use
What this index is, what it is not, and what a reader — human or agent — may rely on.
What the index is
A structured record of what B2B offerings do, who they suit, who they do not suit, where they are available, and what evidence supports each material statement. Each record states how every claim was checked and when.
What it is not
- Not a ranking, a score, or a “best” verdict.
- Not advice — legal, financial, technical, or procurement.
- Not a guarantee that a checked claim is still true today: every claim carries its date and its next review, and goes stale visibly.
- Not a certification body. A check is a check performed on a date over named claims, not an endorsement of the company.
Using the content
The index is meant to be read by people and by agents, and the machine-readable form is part of the product rather than a side effect. Automated access should identify itself honestly and respect the published crawling rules. ACI stores facts and short attributed summaries rather than reproducing substantial source text, and expects the same restraint in return.
Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. Their appearance in the index is a factual record, not a claim of affiliation or endorsement in either direction.
Accuracy and corrections
ACI works from public sources and company statements, and marks unknowns as unknown rather than filling them in. Errors happen. Where they do, the correction route is open to anyone, free, and does not depend on a commercial relationship. Notice and takedown for intellectual property runs through the same route.
Commercial services
Where ACI is paid, it is paid for checking claims and maintaining records — never for eligibility, position, or the removal of a limitation. Paid placement is labelled where it appears. The advertising disclosure states the boundary; the commercial terms themselves are not published yet and nothing here is an offer.
Liability
The index is provided as a record, and decisions taken on it remain the reader’s own. The exact limitation of liability, along with governing law and venue, is counsel territory and is not drafted here.
